Yes. We integrate the bot with your CRM, an API or Google Sheets so it can log leads, look up data or create orders automatically. We adapt it to the tools you already use.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage it?+
No. We deliver an admin panel and explain how to use it. For changes to the flows or new commands, you can ask us or do it yourself depending on the agreed scope.
Does the bot only work on Telegram?+
The base package is for Telegram, where development and deployment are faster and more affordable. If you need the same bot on WhatsApp or another channel, we assess and quote it separately.
How long does it take to be ready?+
